The mission
At Athletes for the Stage, nutrition isn’t about dieting — it’s about fueling with purpose.
Chynna’s approach is rooted in education, balance, and empowerment, helping dancers understand why and how to nourish their bodies for sustainable performance and confidence on and off the stage.
As a Certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Management Specialist, Chynna teaches dancers to understand energy balance and the science of performance fueling — learning how to:

Support body composition goals in a healthy, individualized way.
Maintain energy, focus, and recovery without restriction or burnout.
Chynna’s nutrition coaching helps artists go beyond meal plans — she equips them with tools to make informed, flexible choices that fit their lifestyle and schedule. Her goal is to help dancers and performers learn how to properly nourish their bodies, understand what they’re eating, and reach the next level as artists and athletes.
